  • If you don’t have the Stripe “ASRRCRM” app installed, head to the Stripe Marketplace or click the “Try It Free” button on our website to install it.

Customize how your brand appears in all customer-facing communications.

  • Logo: Upload your company’s logo to be included in emails.
  • Name: Enter your company’s display name as you want it to appear to customers.
  • Website Link: Provide your official website URL to add on your logo in emails.
  • Branding Color: Choose your primary brand color to style buttons, headers, and call-to-action elements in all outgoing emails.

Connect your Stripe account and configure retry behavior for failed payments.

  • Stripe Account ID: Enter your Stripe account identifier to link ASRRCRM with your Stripe environment.
  • Currency Symbol: Specify the default currency symbol for your Stripe account (e.g., $, ₹, €).
  • Stripe Customer Portal Link: Provide the hosted link to your Stripe Customer Portal, where users can manage subscriptions and billing. This portal allows customers to update payment methods, view subscription history, and handle payments—securely and independently.
  • Retry Schedule Setup: Configure the number and timing of smart retry attempts after a failed payment. ASRRCRM uses this schedule to automatically trigger payment recovery workflows.

Ensure reliable delivery of transactional and support emails from your domain.

  • SMTP Host: The SMTP server address (e.g., smtp.gmail.com, smtp.mailgun.org).
  • Username & Password: Credentials required to authenticate and send emails via your SMTP provider.
  • Port: Enter the port number (commonly 465 for SSL or 587 for TLS).
  • Secure (SSL or TLS): Select the security protocol to encrypt your email traffic.
  • Email Address (Send Email From): The sender’s email address customers will see in their inbox.
  • Sender Name (Send Email By): The display name that accompanies the sender email (e.g., “ASRRCRM”).

Enable SMS notifications to alert customers of failed payments or actions.

  • ClickSend Username: Your registered ClickSend account username.
  • ClickSend Password: API Key or password used to authenticate with ClickSend’s SMS gateway.
  • Note: Make sure your ClickSend account has sufficient credits for SMS delivery.

Define your notification preferences and customer support contact details.

  • Admin Email for Notifications: Internal alerts—including payment recovery status, retry attempts, and error logs—will be sent to this email address.
  • Support Email & Phone Number: Set your public support email and phone number to be displayed in customer communications. Customers can use these to reach out for assistance.
  • Note: Ensure customers can easily contact you, and that you’re promptly informed as the admin.
