How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions to securely reset your password.

What happens to my data if I cancel my account?

If you choose to cancel your account, your data will be securely retained for 30 days. During this time, you can request a copy of your data. After 30 days, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system to maintain security and compliance.
